Data protection rules

These rules describe information about the data that we collect and process to operate the Agility Competitions Service System.

Who are we?

The administrator of personal data processed by the Agility Competitions Service System is the System Operator, Andrzej Wójcik HI-LOW with headquarters in Sosnowiec at K.K.Baczyńskiego 37A / 30 street.

What kind of data do we collect?

To be able to support agility competitions, we need to process information about you.

Following data is necessary:

  • login and password,
  • first and last name,
  • email address and phone number,
  • ZKwP (Kennel Club in Poland) ID number or ID of the document confirming belonging to the FCI association (Fédération Cynologique Internationale),
  • number of the dog's workbook issued by the ZKwP (Kennel Club in Poland) or by another association belonging to the FCI (Fédération Cynologique Internationale),
  • name, size, date of birth and competition class in which the dog starts,
  • results from sporting competitions that are served by the Agility Competitions Service System.

How do we use this information?

The collected data is processed to support agility sports competitions, i.e.

  • registration for sports competitions,
  • communication with the competition participant,
  • registering the results of sporting competitions,
  • preparation of competition results and their publication.

How long do we keep data?

The data will be stored until you withdraw your consent or, if the user has participated in the competition, indefinitely due to important public interest.

You have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

You have the right to lodge a complaint from the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection regarding violation of the right to protection of personal data or other rights granted under the GDPR.

How do we share this information?

The collected data (except for the email address and telephone number) are made available to the organizer of sports competitions in order to organize the competitions and their service at the time of registration for the given sports competitions operated by the given Organizer. The organizer may appoint people to assist him in the operation of the competition and they will also gain access to this data.

The data you provided after signing up for the competition (except for the email address and telephone number) will be published on the sports competition website in the Agility Competitions Service System and will be used to prepare start lists, results lists, competition reports and other documents necessary to support the competition sports agility.

Due to required protection against internet bots for some functions of Agility Competitions Service System we are using Google reCAPTCHE to check if actions on sites are not executed by robots. Due to that Agility Competitions Service System may share with Google Inc. IP address of users computer.

On what basis do we share data with the competition organizer?

The agility competition organizer signs a contract with us regarding the service of competitions through the Agility Competitions Service System and guaranteeing the security of your data. You as a user registering for the competition agree to the processing of your data by a specific event organizer.

On what legal basis is the data processed?

We collect, process and share data that we have at our disposal as described below:

  • to the extent required to support agility sports competitions,
  • to the extent not exceeding the consent given by you, which you can withdraw at any time by contacting us at support@hi-low.eu,
  • to the extent required by the ZKwP (Kennel Club in Poland) to organize competitions under the auspices of the ZKwP,
  • to the extent required by public interest.
